The marketplace and its payment providers handle payment details. cardcutecollect.com does not collect or store your full card number.

We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
We pack and ship fast, usually the same day the marketplace confirms your order, and often within one business day. Once in a while it takes a little longer, but we always aim to get your order out quickly.
Carrier & tracking
Orders generally ship via USPS unless the marketplace order says otherwise. Tracking appears on the marketplace order page when it is available.
Shipping cost
The marketplace shows and collects the shipping charge at checkout based on the order, delivery address, and shipping option.
Delivery
Once an order is with the carrier, delivery timing is up to the carrier. Check the marketplace order page for the latest tracking update.
Lost or damaged in transit
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, report the issue through the marketplace order page as soon as possible so you do not miss its claim deadline. You can also email hello@cardcutecollect.com so we can help with the carrier information.
Returns & Refunds
The marketplace’s buyer-protection, return, refund, and dispute rules apply to every order placed there.
For a change-of-mind request on an item that was described accurately and delivered correctly, we do not voluntarily accept a return or exchange unless the listing says otherwise.
This does not limit any cancellation, return, refund, dispute, or buyer-protection right provided by TikTok Shop, Instagram, Vinted, or applicable law. Use the marketplace order page for the rules, deadline, and process that apply to your purchase.

If something goes wrong in shipping
If an order is lost, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its listing, report it through the marketplace order page first. You can also email hello@cardcutecollect.com. Keep the item, packaging, photos, and tracking information while the claim is being reviewed.

We describe and photograph our cards as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so exact colors may look a little different in person. Singles are individual cards, so once one sells out it may not be restocked.
