This policy explains what information CardCuteCollect (“we,” “us”) collects when you visit the site or place an order, and how we use it. CardCuteCollect is a couple-run shop based in Florida, USA.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect what we need to fulfill it: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and your order details.
Payment is handled by our commerce platform (Shopify) and its payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Our store runs on Shopify, which also collects standard technical data (such as browser and device info, through cookies) needed to run the store and checkout securely.
How we use it
To process, pack, and ship your order.
To email you about your order — confirmation, shipping updates, and any questions about it.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We’re a small shop and we do not sell your personal information. We only use it to run your order and our store.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which powers our store and checkout.
The payment processor that handles your payment.
The shipping carrier (such as USPS) that delivers your order.
Anyone we’re legally required to share it with.
Cookies & analytics
Shopify uses cookies that are needed for the store and checkout to work, plus basic built-in analytics so we can see how the shop is doing. We don’t run third-party advertising trackers.
Email
We’ll email you about your order. We won’t add you to a marketing list unless you choose to sign up.

Our shop isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Everything ships from Florida, USA. Here’s what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
We pack and ship fast — usually the same day your order comes through, and often within one business day. Once in a while it takes a little longer, but we always aim to get your order out quickly.
Carrier & tracking
Orders ship via USPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Delivery
Once your order is with USPS, delivery times are up to the carrier. We can’t control carrier delays, but your tracking will always show the latest status.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email cs@cardcutecollect.com as soon as you can (ideally within a few days of delivery) so we can look into it with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Because of the nature of collectible trading cards, we don’t accept returns or exchanges, and all purchases are non-refundable. This applies to both singles and sealed product.
Please look over the photos and description before you buy, and ask us anything at cs@cardcutecollect.com before ordering — we’re happy to send more details or photos.
If something goes wrong in shipping
Final sale doesn’t mean we ignore shipping problems. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email cs@cardcutecollect.com and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
Terms of Service
These terms apply to cardcutecollect.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. CardCuteCollect is a couple-run shop based in Florida, USA.
Products & descriptions
We describe and photograph our cards as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so exact colors may look a little different in person. Singles are individual cards — once one sells out, it may not be restocked.
Pricing & availability
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but if an item is mispriced or unavailable, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid for that order.
Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect fraud or spot an error in a listing.
All sales final
Purchases are final and non-refundable. See Returns & Refunds above.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to buy from us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. The version posted here is the current one.
